Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders for standard delivery only.

We ship our orders within 48 business hours of order confirmation. Any specially requested orders may take up to 72 business hours to be shipped with an exception of "No dispatch on Sundays, Public Holidays and other holidays". As soon as your product is shipped, you would be intimated with a mail/phone/sms stating your AWB Number.

We ship all our orders through reputed courier services. We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address/phone. In case you do not receive the same within 48 business hours from the stipulated dispatch time please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 48 business hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

We request you to give correct address and phone number details at the time of placing the order. KEZEVEL will not cover delivery delays due to customer unavailability or if the given address is not valid or phone number is not contactable. 

If you fail to collect a parcel or rearrange delivery of your parcel after a failed delivery attempt, the parcel is returned to us by the courier company then you will be charged 20% of the order value towards non collection of parcel. 

KEZEVEL shall also not be liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, which causes shall include without limitation, acts of God, acts or omissions of Buyer or civil or military authorities, fire, strikes, epidemics, quarantine restriction, floods, earthquakes, riot, war, delays in transportation or inability to obtain necessary labor materials or supplies.

In the event of any delay, the contractual date of delivery, if any, shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost as a consequence of such delay without penalty to KEZEVEL.

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows due to unavoidable circumstances.

For Cash on Delivery Orders, Kezevel will make a call to verify the address from the customer. If there is any address mismatch as mentioned by the customer on the call or if the call cannot be connected to the phone number mentioned in the order, then the order will be cancelled and not processed further by Kezevel.

For Cash on Delivery Orders, a fee of Rs.99 per order will be charged which is non-refundable in case of return request placed by the customer.
