Returns, Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

RETURNS:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, should not have been installed and must be in the same condition that you received it.

If you would like to return a product, no questions asked, KEZEVEL will charge you a 20% of the order value as re-stocking fee.

You can request a return only within 48 hours of receiving the product.

KEZEVEL will arrange pick-up of the product through its logistics partner. If it is unable to do so, KEZEVEL will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon consultation with KEZEVEL.

The returned merchandise should be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manuals and invoices etc.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by KEZEVEL in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.

Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.

It takes 7 business days for us to refund once the product reach us in the good condition.

Any products which have been damaged or modified by the customer will not be accepted for return.

CLEARANCE SALE:

Clearance Sale items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

EXCHANGE:

If you have received a damaged/defective product, please get in touch with the customer service by email at info@kezevel.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained.

On receiving your complaint, KEZEVEL shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if KEZEVEL is convinced that the complaint is genuine, KEZEVEL will initiate the replacement process.

In order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:

  • Please notify KEZEVEL of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 48 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, KEZEVEL shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • Products should be unused and should not have been installed.
  • KEZEVEL will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its logistics partner. If it is unable to do so, KEZEVEL will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by KEZEVEL in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.

Once the product is received by KEZEVEL the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 72 business hours after due verification and checks.

CANCELLATION:

Order Cancellation by CUSTOMER:

Order can be cancelled within 12 hours, provided the order has not been shipped from our warehouse

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

Order Cancellation by KEZEVEL:

Please note that there may be certain orders that KEZEVEL is unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

KEZEVEL reserves the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

KEZEVEL may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

KEZEVEL will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back into your Card Account or transferred to your Bank Account for which KEZVEL will contact you for the details. 

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by KEZEVEL and accepts KEZEVEL'S decision regarding the cancellation.
